Jason Rincker is the Chief Revenue Officer at Stronghold Data and has over 32 years of professional development experience. Grace Ahn is the Founder and CEO of NvisionKC, a minority- and woman-owned technology consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations modernize operations and unlock their full potential through practical, data-driven solutions. Since launching NvisionKC in 2020, Grace has led the company to become a recognized leader in workflow modernization and AI-enabled digital transformation, particularly within the manufacturing sector. Under her leadership, NvisionKC was named one of Ingram’s Magazine’s Top 10 Fastest-Growing Companies for 2025, and Grace was recognized as one of the “20 People to Know in Technology” by the Kansas City Business Journal in 2023. With a foundation in computer science and hospitality, she brings a uniquely people-centered, operationally grounded perspective to technology adoption. Grace studied Computer Science and Hospital Management at Ewha University in South Korea and Les Roches in Switzerland, respectively. Her career started in the hotel industry in Switzerland before moving on to Kioti Tractor as their Executive Assistant and Systems Analyst. She then worked as a SharePoint consultant and Sales Engineer, assisting over 70 clients in increasing organizational productivity through collaboration, process automation, and data analytics. Grace Ahn founded NvisionKC during the COVID pandemic in 2020 to provide high-quality IT consulting services with a customer-centric mindset and outstanding character. Grace's notable accomplishments include assisting three companies in developing their SharePoint and Collaboration practices from the ground up. - At Hconn, she created project management and training plans, as well as an approach to changing the SharePoint architecture. She also contributed to the company's revenue growth from 0 to over $3 million in the first two years. - She was one of the founding members of DEG's SharePoint and Collaboration practice, and she was instrumental in winning and serving the firm's major accounts. - She led the architecture on AOS's largest enterprise accounts after joining, with her book of business being three times that of the next Design Architect. Grace is driven to help people by using her compassion, knowledge, and life and technology experience. She is a hardworking immigrant with Midwestern values who believes that it is always possible to find a solution that benefits everyone. Grace enjoys growing plants and flowers, visiting museums, and scuba diving in her spare time.
